Summary

Images and their likeness seen on the Toi Ora website belong to either Toi Ora and/or the Toi Ora artist or designer that developed it. Artwork sales are final. Artwork that is not picked up or additional payment for shipping made after 1 month will be returned to the artist or made available for resale.

Welcome to Toi Ora Live Art Trust, a New Zealand-based online charity specializing in artwork created by people on a wellbeing journey.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use and purchase of artwork from our website.

2. Use of Website

Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. The website content is provided for your general information and use only.

4. Artwork Information

We strive to accurately represent and describe each piece of artwork. Due to the nature of art, slight variations in color, texture, or other details may occur.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST. Prices for artwork are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of purchase through our accepted methods.

6. Shipping and Delivery

All artwork defaults to pick up as the preferred delivery method. For items that must be shipped, please be in touch with our staff to arrange additional payment and details for shipping. Artworks are handled with utmost care and shipped according to your selected method. We provide estimated delivery times, but are not responsible for delays caused by shipping services or customs.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Due to the unique nature of artwork, there are no refunds or returns.

8. Copyright and Reproductions

Artworks are subject to copyright laws. Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright. Reproductions or use of artwork for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited as permitted under New Zealand law, particularly the Consumer Guarantees Act.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms as necessary, in line with New Zealand law.
